Jimi Hendrix Style Chords And Little Wing Pt.1 – Intermediate Guitar Lesson
- in category: Uncategorized
www.GuitarLessons365.com This lesson is the first of two concentrating on the chord style of Jimi Hendrix. His chord work seemed to walk the line between rhythm and lead. I have broken-up his approach to rhythm with a few examples in the first video and in the second video we will use those examples to learn the intro to “Little Wing”. This lesson was recorded with the guitar tuned to standard EADGBE tuning. Jimi’s tunes one half step below standard tuning for this song, so if you wanna play along with him just tune every string down a half step. I taught the lesson in standard tuning because that is what most guitarist’s play in. Please head on over to the main site http to see many other FREE video lessons that are being updated every day. Hey there! Can you do a video on some Angus Young (AC/DC) tricks? He’s my fav guitar player of all times. And also as a song suggestion could you do “Fear of the dark” by Iron Maiden? I love the intro to that song!
P.S.
You’re awesome!

fantastic lesson, have took soo much from this. Will be able to add so much more colour to my lead rhythm. Instead of the usual following my rhythm guitarist with some embellishments I will be add different fills and variety.
